For years, we worked on construction and infrastructure projects as contractors across East Africa. We experienced the same challenges every contractor knows all too well, inconsistent product quality, late deliveries, unreliable supply chains, and project delays that cost both time and money.

We worked with leading global brands. We tested local alternatives. We saw products perform exceptionally on one project and disappoint on the next. We watched uncertainty become an accepted part of construction ecosystem.

But we kept asking ourselves one question: Why should Africa compromise? Why should contractors have to choose between imported products with long lead times and inconsistent local alternatives?
